news, the U.S. Senate on Monday approved a controversial bill by more
than a 2-to-1 margin that would allow states to levy taxes on Internet
purchases.

At the
moment, Mary's Heirloom Seeds does not collect tax OR Shipping on your
orders but if this bill passes we will be required to collect taxes on
your purchases depending on your state laws.
